Luxmo.com is now offering FREE USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING on all orders, this applies to all orders that are shipping within the continental United States.  Please note the following exceptions:

Alaska & Hawaii

Order shipped to Alaska & Hawaii will be charged for additional shipping fees based on destination, size, and weight.  Please contact us at shipping@luxmo.com for details on the additional cost for shipping.

International Shipping

We are temporarily NOT offering free shipping on international orders.  If you are from countries outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact shipping@luxmo.com for more detail on international shipping method and shipping cost.

Promotional Shipping Offer

We are offering FREE USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING to orders that ship within the Continental United States.  This is a SITE-WIDE promotion, however, please note the following restrictions:

-Ships via USPS First Class Mail only

-Ships within the continental United States and APO/FPO destinations only

Order Processing Time

All in-stock items are usually shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified.  Our order processing and shipping cut-off time is 2pm PST.  There is a chance that we could finish processing your order and ships it out on the same day, but only if we receive your order prior to the cut-off time.  Our customer service and shipping department are closed on Saturday, Sunday and mandatory holidays, all orders will be process and ship out on the next business day.

Shipping Methods (Shipping / Transit Time)

Current Site-Wide FREE SHIPPING promotion only offers USPS First Class Mail service, if you would like to expedite your package, please contact shipping@luxmo.com within one hour after you complete your order, we will contact and quote you with the additional shipping fee requires for expedite shipping method.

USPS (US Postal Service) - www.usps.com

USPS delivery service is available from Monday to Saturdays for no extra charge.  USPS shipping and transit time varies from 2-9 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose (please see available shipping options below), destination and seasons.  For you to track your package(s), we offer FREE "delivery confirmation" number with each package.  Unlike UPS tracking number, USPS delivery confirmation number is only updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.  Available shipping methods:

            - USPS First Class Mail (Recommend)

Average shipping / transit time is 2-9 business days, depending on destination and seasons.

            - USPS Priority Mail

Average shipping / transit time is 2-4 business days, depending on destination and seasons.

UPS (United Parcel Service) - www.ups.com

UPS delivery service is available from Monday to Friday, Saturday delivery service (for extra charge) is available from UPS, however we are currently not offering this option.  UPS shipping time varies from 1-7 business days depending on shipping method you choose (please see available shipping options below).  For you to track your package(s), we offer FREE "shipment tracking" number with each package.  UPS provides up-to-date tracking information.  Available shipping methods:

            - UPS Ground
            Reliable replacement for USPS First Class Mail.  Ground service takes approximately 2-7 working   days for delivery depending on destinations.

            - UPS 3 Day Air

Takes no more than 3 working days to deliver.  If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, choose from one of the UPS Air Shipment options for guaranteed delivery.

            - UPS 2nd Day Air

Takes no more than 2 working days to deliver.  If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, choose from one of the UPS Air Shipment options for guaranteed delivery.

            - UPS Overnight Air

Takes no more than 1 working day to deliver.  If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, choose from one of the UPS Air Shipment options for guaranteed delivery.

Most items ordered from www.Luxmo.com will be shipped out from our Southern California warehouse (zip code 91765).
