All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

 

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

 

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by FedEX or UPS will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm PT. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class and Priority Mail only. There are no express or overnight delivery available to these destinations.

Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem, please contact us or call during business hours.

Return Policy

 

Holiday Shopping Extended Returns

 

To accommodate your holiday shopping, orders placed from November 28 to December 23, 2008 all have a return period extended until January 26, 2009, Retail orders placed on November 28, 2008 through December 23, 2008 are eligible for a Exchange or Store Credit if returned by January 26, 2009. Other conditions apply - please refer to our Return Policy below.

 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop at Luxmo.com. Merchandise can be returned for a defective exchange as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Merchandise can also be returned for a refund or store credit if merchandise has never been used or installed as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive it. A fee may apply for refunds.

 

We test our products before we begin offering them for sale. We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders. If you are unable to install any products, please contact us as we will be happy to assist you. Luxmo.com or Luxmo, Inc. is not responsible for any damages that occur to devices or accessories during or after installation, uninstallation, attachment or usage of any products.

Exchanges

 

Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 30-day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Refunds

 

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund as long as:

  1. a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise

 

  2. the item has never been used or installed

 

  3. all shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise

 

  4. return shipping charge is paid for by the customer Any returned merchandise that do not satisfy the above conditions for a full refund are subject to a Return Fee charge. A Return Fee will be charged on all merchandise that have an opened package, are used or missing shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies.

 

The Return Fee will range from 15% (for opened or refused packages) to 50% (for missing items) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount by the Return Fee. The amount of the Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is not disputable or negotiable.

 

No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.

 

Please note, we may choose to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise if we determined that to be appropriate.

 

Any shipping charges are not refundable. Packages returned which are marked as "Return to Sender" or refused by the recipient are subject to a 15% Return Fee.
